Terms of Service
All sales are final and payment is due upon order placement.
Shipping is on done through USPS Priority or UPS and to United States addresses. Canadian shipments may be scheduled prior to order placement by emailing email@example.com.
Items marked RTS typically ship same or next business day. Preorder items typically ship within 10 business days of preorder closing date. Restock and preorder dates are listed in the description of each item and are an ESTIMATE. All custom orders typically ship within 10 business days of final art approval.
Due to the nature of transfers, returns are not accepted and are non-refundable. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. KB Designs does not cover the cost of items pressed by the Buyer. The application of a screen print to an item is at the discretion of and liability of the Buyer alone. Manufacturing defects may be reporting with photo proof and a picture of the packing slip to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Despite our best efforts to have orders counted at least twice prior to packing, an occasion error may be made. In the event if such, KB Designs reserves the right to refund or replace missing screens in a future order to be placed by the customer. Refund and replacement is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of KB Designs.
Order cancellation requests must be emailed within 24 hours to email@example.com with CANCEL ORDER in the subject line. If the order has already been pulled or is a presale, there is a 50% restocking fee. Once the shipping label has been created, no refund is available.
Screens may not be resold without express written permission from firstname.lastname@example.org. Some designers represented among the transfers on this site require their own commercial license. Reselling their designs as transfers without first obtaining their licensure is strictly prohibited.
